2.  &nbspELIGIBILITY: Contest is open only to United States citizens at least 18 years of age. Employees of Cox Enterprises, Inc., Cox Radio, Inc., WDBO-AM, other radio stations, promotional sponsors, and all affiliated companies (and the immediate family members of all such employees, and all other with whom they are domiciled) are not eligible to participate in the contest or win prizes. Only one winner per household.

3.  &nbspHOW TO ENTER: Contest begins January 26, 2006, at 9am and ends October 13, 2006 at 5pm. To enter, visit wdbo.com during the contest period and follow instructions to complete the online registration form and become a member of the Sean Hannity Frequent Donor Flyaway Club.

After registering, begin attempts to donate blood at Florida's Blood Centers. You must attempt to donate two (2) times to qualify to win the contest. Any attempts after the second attempt will be an additional chance to win.

Only donors who are registered for the Sean Hannity Frequent Donor Program at wdbo.com are eligible to win the contest. Contestants may increase their odds of winning by attempting to donate more than two times during the contest period.

At the end of the contest, wdbo.com Sean Hannity Frequent Donor Program members will be compared to Florida Blood Center Donations to determine eligible contestants and the number of entries each contestant is allowed. Of those contest entries, a random drawing will be done to determine the contest winners. WDBO is not responsible for failure or inability to complete contest registration.

4.  &nbspPRIZES: A minimum of four (4) prizes will be awarded. Prize is a trip for two (2) to New York City to meet Sean Hannity. Prize includes roundtrip air transportation for two (2), ground transportation during group transfers, one (1) standard hotel room for one (1) night and dinner for two (2) with the WDBO group. Prize value is approximately $900.00. Prize fulfillment date is to be determined. Trip duration is a maximum of two (2) days. Meeting Sean Hannity is not guaranteed.

5.  &nbspODDS: The odds of winning depend on the number of people attempting to participate in the contest at any given time.

6.  &nbspWINNER NOTIFICATION AND ACCEPTANCE: Winners will be notified by phone on or around October 16, 2006. As a condition of receiving any prize, Winners may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability and publicity release. Failure to execute affidavit and release within seven days of senders' postmark may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. The Winner may waive his or her right to receive a prize. Prizes are non-assignable and non-transferable. No substitutions allowed, except that prizes and individual components of prize packages are subject to availability and WDBO-AM reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. The Winner is solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes on prizes. Except where prohibited, participation in the Contest constitutes the Winner's consent to the publication of his or her name and image in on-air promotional announcements and other promotional material from WDBO-AM, and Cox Radio, and on the Cox Radio Interactive Web sites, and to the inclusion of his or her name and image in any other related publications or Web sites for any commercial or promotional purpose, without limitation or additional compensation. A list of winners may be obtained after October 16, 2006, by sending a request with self-addressed, stamped envelope to WDBO Promotions, 4192 John Young Parkway, Orlando FL 32804.

7.  &nbspPARTICIPATION: Participation in the Contest constitutes an agreement by each contestant to comply with these Official Rules. WDBO-AM, and Cox Radio, Inc. reserves the right to cancel or modify the Contest if it determines, in its sole discretion, that fraud, printing or distribution errors, or technical failures, or any causes beyond the control of Cox Radio, Inc. have destroyed the integrity of the Contest.

8.  &nbspLIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: By entering the Contest, contestant agrees that (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Contest, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Contest but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) under no circumstances will any contestant be permitted to obtain any award for, and contestant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages and/or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.

9.  &nbspCONSTRUCTION: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the contestant and Cox Radio, Inc. in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of the State of Georgia, or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Georgia. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these rules shall otherwise remain in effect and be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.

10.  &nbspGENERAL RELEASE: By entering the Contest, contestants release WDBO-AM, Cox Radio, any other promotional sponsors, and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Contest or with the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to, loss or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation, or portrayal in a false light).

11.  &nbspThe contest is sponsored by WDBO-AM, Cox Radio, Inc., 4192 John Young Parkway, Orlando, FL 32804, whose decisions regarding the selection of winners and all other aspects of Contest shall be final and binding in all respects. WDBO-AM, and/or Cox Radio, Inc., will not be responsible for typographical, printing or other inadvertent errors in these Official Rules or in other Contest materials.
