OFFICIAL RULES

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

2. ELIGIBILITY. Subject to the additional restrictions below, the Mardi Gras at Universal Studios® Contest (the "Sweepstakes") is open to U.S. residents (excluding Puerto Rico), 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of Cox Radio, Inc. ("Sponsor"), Universal Orlando® Resort, and each of their respective affiliated companies, and advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members of, and any persons domiciled with, any such employees, are not eligible to enter or to win. The term "immediate family members" includes spouses, parents, grandparents, siblings, children, and grandchildren. The use of automatic telephone dialing equipment or other software or computer assisted dialing equipment is prohibited and will result in disqualification.

3. HOW TO ENTER. The Sweepstakes will begin at 5:01 a.m. (E.S.T.) on 3/17/08 and end at 8:59 a.m. (E.S.T.) on 4/04/08 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Enter by listening to AM580 WDBO Monday through Friday between the hours of 5 a.m. (E.S.T.) and 9 a.m. (E.S.T.) during the Sweepstakes Period. Listeners will be asked on-air to listen for the cue to call each hour. When the cue to call is given, listeners must dial 407-290-0058 to try to be the 5th caller. Subject to compliance with the eligibility and other requirements of these Official Rules, the 5th caller will be declared a winner.

Sponsor will not be responsible for loss of service to the call-in line or for a contestant's failure to reach the call-in line due to malfunction of any network or system, congestion, overload, busy signals, or any other factor that may prevent an individual from completing his/her phone call. In the event of interruption of power or telephone service to WDBO during a call-in period of the Sweepstakes and prior to accepting the 5th caller, the call-in period affected by the interruption may or may not be replayed at the resumption of service, at Sponsor's sole discretion.

4. WINNER SELECTION. One (1) Grand Prize Winner and twenty-five (25) Secondary Prize Winers will be awarded. Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, each 5th caller will be declared a Secondary Prize Winner. Grand prize winner will be chosen by random drawing from all Secondary prize winners on Friday, April 4, 2008, and notified via phone and/or email.

5. PRIZES AND ODDS. Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive four (4) 1-day/1-park tickets valid for admission to Universal Studios theme park, one (1) complimentary Universal Orlando general parking pass, and admissions for four (4) on a Parade Float (actual retail value ("ARV") $ 250). First Prize: Twenty-five (25) Secondary Prize Winners will receive two (2) 1-day tickets valid for admission to Universal Studios, and one (1) complimentary parking pass (ARV $ 150)."

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND ACCEPTANCE. Sponsor will notify winners during their initial telephone call to WDBO upon verification of their eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.

Winners may waive their right to receive prizes. Prizes are nonassignable and nontransferable. No substitutions allowed by winner. Prizes and individual components of prize packages are subject to availability and Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. Winners are solely responsible for reporting and payment of any taxes on prizes. Winners may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility, and a liability and publicity release (except where prohibited by law) which must be returned within ten (10) days of date of sender's postmark. Failure to timely sign and return the affidavit or release, or to comply with any term or condition of these Official Rules, may result in a winner's disqualification, the forfeiture of his or her interest in the prize, and the award of the prize to a substitute winner. Except where prohibited, acceptance of any prize constitutes winner's consent to the publication of his or her name, biographical information and likeness in any media for any commercial or promotional purpose, without limitation the Internet, or further compensation. Any telephone calls placed to the WDBO call-in line may be recorded for use on air any time." Prizes not won and claimed by eligible winners in accordance with these Official Rules will not be awarded and will remain the property of Sponsor. 7. PARTICIPATION. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor which shall be final in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify persons found tampering with or otherwise abusing any aspect of this Sweepstakes as solely determined by Sponsor. In the event the Sweepstakes is compromised by a virus, non-authorized human intervention, tampering or other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor which corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper operation of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes. Should the Sweepstakes be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, Sponsor reserves the right to award prizes based on the entries received before the termination date.

8. CONSTRUCTION. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any such provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, these rules shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was not contained therein.

9. SPONSOR. The Mardi Gras at Universal Studios® Contest is sponsored by Cox Radio, Inc. The decisions of Sponsor and Sweepstakes judges regarding the selection of winners, the interpretation of these Official Rules and all other aspects of the Sweepstakes shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor will not be responsible for typographical, printing or other inadvertent errors in these Official Rules or in other materials relating to the Sweepstakes.
