Winehouse went to a London police station this afternoon for a scheduled meeting and was questioned regarding alleged drug offenses. At the conclusion of the meeting, Amy was arrested.

It is the second time in two weeks that Amy has been arrested.

She was recently charged by cops after allegedly headbutting a man outside a London bar who attempted to hail her a taxi on a drunken night out. Amy was kept in jail for the night before being released with a caution.

She was also arrested, along with husband Blake Fielder-Civil, in Norway last year on suspicion of possessing cannabis and issued a fine.

A spokesman for the singer said: "She is being questioned in a police station. We will be releasing a statement later."
