Video: Teen Girls Arrested for Videotaped Beating
Eight Florida teens were arrested after allegedly filming the beating of another teen and threatening to post the video on the Internet. The victim was treated for a concussion and numerous bruises. Warning: The images on this video are disturbing.

Absolutely nothing has been mentioned regarding the upbringing of these young people, but then that seems to be the norm today dating back to Columbine. The behavior of those girls, for whatever reason, is disgusting. The parents should be outed. It would very interesting what kind of homes they come from and what excuses the parents make.
As for the girl who wanted to know whether or not she would be out of jail in time for cheerleading practice, she should be kicked off the squad. - Try Them As AdultsI was completely appalled at this Criminal action and I believe these people should be prosecuted to the maximum and all should be treated as adults. Aside from that if I were the judge I would sentence each one of the perpetrators to spend a min of 15 minutes in a closed and locked room with the victims fathers and let him deal out what ever punishment he feels fit without any fear of legal action. To think that not only did they beat this girl, they filmed it to put on the Internet. They deserve nothing less then a beating in return.

Certainly, there must have been some other way to resolve this dispute. However, reason is out the window, because if the attackers are stupid enough to post proof of their criminal behavior, there is little hope. Perhaps some prison study time will wise these barbarians up. - BeatingI wouldn't charge them...I would simply buy the girls some new clothes--some short, tight Hooters type-shorts and a T-shirt embossed on the back with "al-Sadar Sucks" Then drop them off in Sadar City, Iraq (the worst place on the planet). - cruel teensThese teens reminded of some apes I saw on Animal Planet.The leader of the group picked on one particular ape until the rest of the group joined in.The victim ape was surounded and viviously attacked.Finally the leader gave a fatal bite to the victim ape's neck and the rest of the group canniblized it.There were a few of the group up in the trees watching;too scared to come down.These human girl teens would have fit very well in these mean and vivious ape family. Shame on the parents who think their children(these reprobate girls)are sooo innocent to do this over some words on a web site and blame everyone else except their kids and themselves.Luckily they are not living in the years of B.C.-they most assuredly would have been stoned to death for their crime or worse.

- Teen BeatingI think this is horrible! Where were the parents? I can't believe they did it to begin with but to tape it? They just proved their own guilt. It is frightening how out of control kids are.
